> Reflektif is an AI-powered career-orientation platform for students and young

## What it does

1. The student takes the RIASEC, Big Five, and Values tests.
2. An adaptive AI conducts a "debrief" conversation per test (Guided Discovery
   methodology) to deepen self-understanding.
3. The engine matches the profile against 928 careers (RIASEC + Big Five + Values
   + free-text signals) and returns a ranked Top-30 with salary, demand, AI-impact
   and education-path data.
4. A diagnostic PDF report and an AI-assisted admission-file draft are generated.
